DETROIT — Scratch one more Boilermaker from Tuesday’s Little Caesars Pizza Bowl. Purdue coach Danny Hope said Saturday that punt returner and receiver Waynelle Gravesande is academically ineligible and will miss the matchup against Western Michigan at Ford Field.
