I wanted to take the opportunity to express my experience during the water pipe burst with L. Richards Plumbing and Heating Inc. This company was exceptional, professional and hardworking. They worked tirelessly in replacing the broken pipes in the street and lower level of the program. L. Richards and his crew completed the work at hand with purpose and commitment to insure the safety and wellbeing of our burnable population (seniors and children) and the community at large. The outcome of their work was outstanding and I give them credit for the great work they did.

Mr. Richards came to my home and he assessed the situation, we then discussed options. When I was ready for the work to start another representative came to mu home to discuss payment options after that the work was ready to begin. The workers were on time and very professional. Work was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up well. I was very satisfied, they worked with me and my situation all the way. Definately a family-friendly company.
I was very satisfied with the job that was done to re-do my shower. The staff was punctual, pleasant, and conscientious. Everything was explained to me and all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

However, staff used water-hose and outdoor outlet without consent.
It was a very nice experience. I was able to experience a few things; how the water is provided and the people were nick. I almost forgot that I have been suffering without water.
