Moscow, Oct 2 (IANS/RIA Novosti) The date for handing over an Indian Navy aircraft carrier refurbished in a Russian shipyard has slipped again and is now due only in the fall of 2013, following recent sea trials which revealed problems in its boilers, Russia's United Shipbuilding Corporation said Tuesday.
