25yr old mobile home ..shower temperature is erratic. (Plumbing)

shower has a separate hot and cold valve. it goes to extremely hot then normal at will. I have not noticed this problem in the other bathrooms, but no one else runs the shower as long as my mother..maybe 20 minutes.
