Calling the report of the boilers being shut down an exaggeration, the sources said no repair work would require any removal of the boilers from the vessel or cutting of the hull. The boilers would be repaired 'in situ'.

If the hull is tight, how could water get in the boat and leak into those bilge holes? What are those bilge holes? The starboard hole looks like it should be there, but the port hole doesn't look like it is from the manufacturer.
